Honduras Organic Natural - meticulously roasted by Doris Garrido

This is a minimal intervention natural coffee from Ocotepeque, Honduras, produced by Fresvindo Hernandez on his farm Finca El Malzincal. 

The flavor profile dense like German chocolate cake, sweet like ice cream sundaes and frozen yogurt, and underpinned by a range of ripe fruit flavors from raspberry and plum to lime and fig. 

When brewed, we noted the coffees high solubility and preferred finer-ground pour-overs with moderately high doses.
